WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Experienced High School Level Coaches conduct the training sessions.

We are a “fundamentals” based program, meaning the athletes train on every fundamental skill & aspects of basketball.

“We don’t just play, we train” SESSIONS CONSIST OF Footwork / Speed agility / Fundamental skills (Shot; Dribble; Pass etc)

Small group games (1 on 1; 2 on 2; 3 on 3)
